21 Day challenge - How to begin

Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out where to begin whether you are new to exercise or just looking to supplement your normal routine. Disrupting your “routine” to do something new is overwhelming and often time limits us from taking that first step. So here I have created a program for you that is numbered and can be followed exactly like planned OR you may choose to jump around based on your needs for the week, day, session, or mood you need. Tuning into what feels right for you and your body day to day is a main focus here and should be taken into consideration with any workout regimen that is self-directed. Once you have an established routine you should be able to recognize what you need and feel like accomplishing in your session each day.
Water and a mat are primarily the essentials for each of these video workouts. However, some small equipment is used in some of them. Feel free to turn on some background music that keeps you motivated and focused on pushing yourself!
