Breana grew up dancing and teaching dance at her family’s dance studio in Rhode Island. She continued her education in health, fitness and the study of movement and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Exercise Science and Health Promotion. While working as an exercise specialist in corporate fitness centers, Breana started teaching group exercise classes and personal training in 2010. She has certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer and experience as an AFAA group exercise instructor teaching cardio, strength, dance, and barre.
After moving to Connecticut in 2015, Breana discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with the benefits it had on her mind and body connection, posture, and flexibility. Soon after she decided to pursue STOTT Pilates certification and has been enthusiastically sharing her love of Pilates ever since.
Breana has always been focused on keeping herself healthy through movement since having her daughter almost 3 years ago. She has also learned valuable lessons on how the body can change throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
